1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of Lnknst, an authentication and identity access service available at lnknst.com and operated by Appthework SRL.

Lnknst provides authentication, account creation, login, password reset, verification, session handling, account recovery, profile management and identity access services for applications, websites, platforms and digital services that integrate Lnknst.

Dropthework is one of the services that may use Lnknst for authentication. Lnknst may also be used by other applications operated by Appthework SRL or by third party businesses that integrate Lnknst.

By creating, accessing or using a Lnknst account, you agree to these Terms.

3. What Lnknst is

Lnknst is an authentication and identity access provider.

Lnknst allows users to create and use one account to access different applications, websites, platforms and digital services where Lnknst authentication is enabled.

Lnknst may provide:

1. Account registration.

2. Login and authentication.

3. Password reset and account recovery.

4. Email or other verification methods.

5. Session management.

6. Security checks.

7. User profile management.

8. Connected application management.

9. Consent and preference management, where enabled.

10. Future account dashboard or mobile account management features.

4. What Lnknst is not

Lnknst is not a seller of goods or services.

Lnknst is not a marketplace.

Lnknst is not a merchant of record.

Lnknst is not a payment provider.

Lnknst is not a delivery provider.

Lnknst is not a customer support provider for third party applications.

Lnknst is not responsible for products, services, orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, legal guarantees, subscriptions or commercial relationships offered by applications that use Lnknst.

If you buy products or services from an application, platform or merchant that uses Lnknst, your contract is with that application, platform, merchant or seller, not with Lnknst.

5. Applications using Lnknst

Lnknst may be used by applications operated by Appthework SRL and by other businesses or services that integrate Lnknst.

Each application that uses Lnknst remains responsible for its own service, content, products, pricing, contracts, customer support, privacy obligations and legal compliance.

Authentication through Lnknst does not mean that Appthework SRL endorses, verifies, supervises or guarantees any third party application, merchant, product, service, offer or transaction.

Each integrated application may apply its own terms, privacy policy, commercial rules and support process.

You should read the terms and privacy policy of each application you use.

6. Reusable account model

A Lnknst account may be reusable across multiple applications that use Lnknst authentication.

This means that one Lnknst account may allow you to log in to different services, including Dropthework powered applications and other compatible services.

Lnknst may provide a central account dashboard or mobile application where users can manage their profile, connected applications, account security, preferences, addresses, consent settings and identity related information.

The availability and scope of these features may change over time.

7. Account creation and responsibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or using a Lnknst account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must not share your account in a way that creates security risks, enables unauthorized access or violates the terms of any connected application.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may require additional verification, password reset, account recovery steps or security checks where needed to protect your account, other users, integrated applications or the Lnknst service.

8. Acceptable use

You must use Lnknst lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

1. Create fake, misleading or abusive accounts.

2. Impersonate another person or entity.

3. Attempt unauthorized access.

4. Bypass authentication, verification, rate limits or security controls.

5. Attack, overload, disrupt or interfere with Lnknst.

6. Use automation to abuse registration, login, password reset or verification flows.

7. Use Lnknst for fraud, phishing, spam, credential theft or unlawful activity.

8. Interfere with applications that use Lnknst.

9. Attempt to extract, scrape or misuse account or identity data.

10. Use Lnknst in a way that harms users, integrated applications, Appthework SRL or third parties.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms.

9. Identity provider protection

Lnknst operates as an authentication and identity access provider.

Authentication through Lnknst only confirms that a user has accessed an account through Lnknst authentication flows. It does not confirm the legal reliability, product quality, financial status, regulatory compliance or commercial trustworthiness of any integrated application or merchant.

Lnknst is not responsible for:

1. Products or services offered by integrated applications.

2. Merchant or platform content.

3. Product descriptions or prices.

4. Orders or bookings.

5. Payments or refunds.

6. Delivery or fulfilment.

7. Legal guarantees or warranties.

8. Customer support provided by integrated applications.

9. Commercial disputes between users and third parties.

10. Availability or functionality of third party applications.

Issues related to an application, product, service, payment, delivery, refund, subscription, warranty or customer support must be addressed to the relevant application provider, merchant or seller.

10. Relationship with Dropthework

Dropthework may use Lnknst as its authentication provider for business users, resellers and end users.

Dropthework is operated by Appthework SRL.

The fact that Dropthework and Lnknst are both operated by Appthework SRL does not mean that Lnknst assumes responsibility for Dropthework business operations, merchant products, ecommerce orders or customer application activity.

Dropthework platform use is governed by separate Dropthework terms.

11. Service evolution

Lnknst is an evolving service.

Appthework SRL may modify, improve, replace, redesign, suspend or discontinue features, authentication methods, account flows, verification processes, profile fields, security systems, APIs, user interface elements, connected application controls or account dashboard features.

Changes may be made for security, compliance, technical stability, product improvement, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, commercial strategy, infrastructure optimization or operational reasons.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts not to materially impair core account access without reason.

No specific feature, interface, authentication method, account management flow, future dashboard, mobile app or roadmap item is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

12. Best effort availability

Lnknst is provided on a commercially reasonable, best effort basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, permanent availability, compatibility with every device, browser or application, or continuous access to all connected applications.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, technical issues, third party provider issues, infrastructure failures, legal requirements or events outside our reasonable control.

No uptime guarantee applies unless a separate written agreement expressly provides one.

13. Third party authentication providers

Lnknst may support authentication through third party providers such as Apple, Google or other identity providers.

If you use a third party authentication provider, that provider may process your data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Lnknst is not responsible for the availability, security practices, account decisions or data processing performed independently by third party authentication providers.

14. Data protection

Lnknst processes personal data according to the Lnknst Privacy Policy.

Depending on the processing activity, Appthework SRL may act as:

1. Controller for Lnknst account administration, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service analytics, legal compliance and account dashboard features.

2. Processor or sub processor when Lnknst authenticates users on behalf of an integrated application, business customer or platform operator.

Where Lnknst is used by third party applications, those applications may also act as independent controllers for their own services.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect accounts, authentication flows and identity data.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Any document claiming otherwise should be printed and used to level a wobbly desk.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, email account and recovery methods.

We may temporarily restrict access where we detect suspicious activity or need to protect your account, the service or integrated applications.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:

1. You breach these Terms.

2. You use the service unlawfully.

3. We detect fraud or abuse.

4. Your account creates security risk.

5. We are required to do so by law.

6. Continued access may harm Lnknst, users, integrated applications, Appthework SRL or third parties.

You may stop using Lnknst at any time.

Account deletion or deactivation may be subject to retention required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute or technical reasons.

17. Intellectual property

Lnknst, lnknst.com, the Lnknst brand, software, authentication flows, account systems, verification workflows, user interface, documentation, designs and related intellectual property belong to Appthework SRL or its licensors.

You receive only a limited, non exclusive, revocable right to use Lnknst for authentication and account management purposes.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, disrupt or commercially exploit Lnknst without written permission, except where mandatory law allows otherwise.

18. Disclaimers

Lnknst is provided as is and as available, subject to the express commitments in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, error free operation or compatibility with every application.

Lnknst does not guarantee merchant reliability, product quality, transaction success, payment success, delivery, refunds, legal compliance of integrated applications or availability of third party services.

19. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appthework SRL is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, loss caused by integrated applications, merchant disputes, third party service failures, unavailable applications, user device compromise, user credential compromise or events outside our reasonable control.

For free consumer use of Lnknst, the total aggregate liability of Appthework SRL shall not exceed EUR 100, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

For business customers or integrated application operators, liability may be governed by separate business agreements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be notified through the service, email or another reasonable method.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
